Food discoveries.
Its not that I didn't know most of this before, it's just all very important to me now.
Did you know that cottage cheese has SO much protein in it?! Whenever I'm low, I just have to have a half cup of this stuff and I get 15.5 grams of protein!
On that note, I love the Calorie King website which has been helping me not have to dig food packages out of the trash because I never remember to write down the nutritional values before hand. They have nearly every food you can think of and even brand names so you're getting the most accurate information.
Apples and orange juice are worthless to me now. Sure I get fiber and vitamins - which is NOT worthless to me now - but no protein.
I'm still not eating enough. Not going to stress though, can only shove so much down my throat.
