[this is good]
Cool that you've found someone to do the work within a decent time frame. It's silly that you'd have to spell everything out w/ someone who does this for money but I guess it's good to do it and then nobody can whine about "having to do their job." ;p
Yeah, I've definitely learned my lesson. I haven't left any feedback for her, because apparently I'm the only one who has had any issues with her. I don't want to be the bad guy :(
I didn't want to be "mean" recently on half.com and refunded somebody over $20 that in retrospect was WRONG. (hind-sight 20/20)

I contacted them and they will not remove my previ pos. feedback (which I left as normal but 6 weeks after that she came crying for her money back... on a book... which means she READ IT and returned it -- jerk), I have the ability to leave "more" feedback and I haven't figured out exactly what to write. I guess something like, "This buyer returned the item 2 months after buying it. Seller beware." I hate being the person to do that, though. :(
The DoA forum seems smaller than eBay and other sales sites though. Its much more personal, IMO, and she has the opportunity to reply so I fear she'll make me out to be the bad guy and no one will want to do business with me again :(
I'm still wary, too. I can see where someone evil enough to "pretend buy" something for 7 weeks is evil enough to leave cruddy feedback about me. And then it's like a "fight." Blech. I agree with you that if it's a small community, you just have to deal with a few problem people but I bet that's why nobody else complained. I really have to get around to leave that "more" statement. :(
I'm considering doing a feedback that points out the few negatives first, and then follows with the positives - so that I don't look completely horrible... But what if no one but the actual customizer reads it and then the only person I've warned is the customizer herself? :P
