One of my old posts got spammed :( I noticed that one of Terri got spammed too - what is Vox coming to?!

I just got spammed. Someone commented on one of my posts that was coincidentally tagged "sidekick" with this little number [edited, so as not to encourage them]:

"I just got a data plan on my mobile. I pretty much do not need my computer anymore since I do so much with my mobile phone. The neatest thing is that I can even watch [edited]:) It is pretty neat, it's called [edited]. All I do is point my phone to [edited] and they have [edited] mobile movies in different formats like 3gp movies, symbian, pda or whatever. If you have any other cool sites, please let me know! This one, though, even has a free daily mobile movie."

I sent a feedback form to the Vox group but I don't know what they're going to do about it other than perhaps delete the users account or something. This just pisses me off. If it happens again - especially on a post I've tagged "sidekick" - I'm going to change my commenting settings to needing to be approved before being posted.

I hate this. Its like I'm on MySpace or something. I hate MySpace - even though I have one. Did anyone take that survey that Vox was passing around? In one of the questions about why your friends and family wont sign up with Vox I explained that MySpace is my biggest hurdle. I don't know why though. MySpace is for tweens and paedophiles and I hate knowing that I'm actually contributing to the sites popularity by having an account with them.
